Liam Neeson Looks Back at His Breakout Excalibur Role 40 Years Later

The epic fantasy movie Excalibur helped launch the career of Liam Neeson when it was released in theaters four decades ago, and Neeson is looking back at his breakout movie 40 years later. Written and directed by John Boorman, the movie retells the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Neeson plays Sir Gawain, one of the knights who duels Sir Lancelot (Nicholas Clay) in one of the more memorable scenes.

Liam Neeson has certainly come a long way since appearing in Excalibur, but for the accomplished actor, it still doesn’t quite feel like it’s already been 40 years. Ana de Armas Cardboard Cutout Spotted Being Thrown In Trash Bin At Ben Affleck’s House Following Split

Ben Affleck is moving on.

While reports of the actor’s split from Ana de Armas are swirling, someone seemingly confirmed the parting of ways after being spotted throwing out a cardboard cut-out of the actress just outside of the Oscar-winner’s Los Angeles home.

According to a source close to the couple, who told People, “Ben is no longer dating Ana. She broke it off. Their relationship was complicated. Ana doesn’t want to be Los Angeles based and Ben obviously has to since his kids live in Los Angeles.”

The insider later added that the split was “amicable.”

But only 24 hours after the news broke, Affleck, 48, didn’t waste any time discarding some mementos of the relationship.

Alex Rodriguez says Jennifer Lopez is “nervous” about taking the stage at President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration — even more than when she performed at the 2020 Super Bowl.

While appearing on Monday’s episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Rodriguez teased his fiancée’s performance, saying J.Lo has “something really cool” planned.

“It’s been such a crazy year for her, so amazing, so many blessings,” began Rodriguez, 45. “But to think in a span of 12 months, she’s done the Super Bowl, New Year’s [Eve] and now the inaugural, it’s unbelievable.”
