The ‘WAP’ rapper, 27, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, went live on her only OnlyFans account to address the split.
“You cannot hurt my feelings trying to throw the divorce in my face because, at the end of the day, I decided I wanted to leave,” she said. “I didn’t wait until he cheated on me again. I didn’t wait [for] another controversy with him being involved. I decided to leave. If I wanted to stay, I could have stayed. I decided to leave.”
“I just got tired of f—ing arguing,” she added, “I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye. When you feel like it’s not the same anymore before you actually get cheated on, I rather just be… you know what I’m saying? Like, I’m tired of people.”
She went on to say this extends to letting a new love interest into her life.
“My DMs are flooded,” she said. “I don’t actually want to date nobody. I’m so focused on my business that it’s crazy.”
Court documents from the divorce filing state the marriage was “irretrievably broken” and there were no “prospects for reconciliation.”
Despite this, the couple reportedly still live together.
“Cardi and Offset are still living together and parenting [daughter] Kulture but are no longer acting as a couple,” a source recently told Us Weekly.
Their friends “are torn because they have such a deep love for each other and their lives are so intertwined.”
Cardi and Offset got married in September 2017 and welcomed Kulture in July 2018.
The pair briefly split in December 2018 over allegations Offset had cheated on her, but got back together.
